AMATS is serious about conforming to a high standard of care and demands all members ascribe to the AMATS Code of Ethics. Sometimes things happen and we want to know. All submissions will be sent to Vernon Thomas, AMATS Executive Director who will initiate the investigation. All investigations will be reviewed with the Executive Committee.

Complaints levied against AMATS Member companies will be investigated for incidents occurring after January 1, 2021; all complaints are investigated by the office of the Expective Director and the AMATS Executive Committee.
